feat(ui): saved streams & 1-click send (#37)

* feat(ui): saved streams and wip 1 click

* style(connector): remove some puts statements

* feat(accounts): default acct helper

* feat(ui): more 1 click send

need a way to wait for connector launch...

* fix(ui): waiting quick send!

* feat(ui): view in web from toast notif

note to self: the one in frontend is kinda ugly 😓 
went with outine btn for now bc it was better than that big ol dark gray btn

* fix: turn off dev
