Sample project to reproduct the menu bug on mac in Rhino

To Repro

• open the project & hit debug
• onece Rhino open run the AvaloniaMenuIssueCommand command in the top left command box & hit enter
• a window will show
• Rhino main menu will be renamed and most items disabled
