* Ignore also old (html) ui built folder

* Ignore sqlite3 ext library ide settings

* Initialize sqlite3 project for .so and .bundle files

* Enable _MSC_VER check on 2.7

* Initialize ruby cpp transition file

* Communicate first time with sqlite3 c base code in Sketchup

* Update compiler project with sqlite3 cpp files

* Add sqlite3 ruby source files to ext libraries

* Update gitignore with Release and Debug folders of sqlite3 compiler

* Exclude rubocops for ext libraries

* Exclude rubocops for _sqlite3 compiler

* Fix rubocop issues
