feat(dui): add disable cache toggle to main menu (#99)

* feat(dui): adds disable cache setting

* fix(dui): excludes non-sharp dui connectors manually with slug check

* chore(dui): adds todo

* feat(dui): adds version check to isDisableCacheSupported
