* merge incoming `style` prop

We were overriding the `style` prop entirely on the `<ComboboxOptions>`,
`<ListboxOptions>`, `<MenuItems>`, and `<PopoverPanel>` for anchoring
purposes, as well as provided some CSS variables.

This now ensures that the incoming `style` prop gets merged in.
