Sample project to reproduct the menu bug on mac in Rhino

### To Repro
- open the project & hit debug
- onece Rhino open run the `AvaloniaMenuIssueCommand` command in the top left command box & hit enter
- a window will show
- Rhino main menu will be renamed and most items disabled
